The wine’s colour is a bright ruby red with glints of purple. Its aroma is intense and pleasantly fruity, reminiscent of blackberries that have just been harvested. The taste is round and satisfying.
The grapes are left to steep in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for ten days. During this time, they undergo pumping-over and punching- down cycles in alternation.
