Cultivation: The vines are grown using the double arched cane system, with a growing density of 3,500 plants per hectare.
Winemaking Process: This sparkling is obtained from the union of 90% of Prosecco wine and 10% of pinot noir. The must obtained from the first soft pressing of the glera grapes is fermented at the controlled temperature of 12 °c to preserve the freshness and fragrance typical of Prosecco. The Pinot Noir is vinified as a rose’ leaving the skin in contact with the must for a few hours. After maturing for a few months, the wine obtained is combined in the autoclave for the foam press according to the Charmat or martinotti method. After at least 2 months of autoclave maturation, the sparkling obtained is ready to be bottle.

Pairings: It is the ideal wine for aperitifs and toasts; it pairs magnificently with seafood and raw shellfish.

Sparkling with a pale pink color, it has a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose it has floral aromas of wild strawberries, peaches and white pulp fruits. On the palate it has a dry, fresh and harmonious flavor.
