This is a light straw yellow coloured wine with slightly golden glints. Its fragrance is delicately aromatic and reminiscent of yellow pepper, exotic fruit and nutmeg. The flavour is sapid, elegant and velvety.

The must is left in contact with the marc for 12 hours at a temperature of 10°C, and is then separated from the solid segment. After soft pressing, it is fermented in steel tanks at 16°C. It is kept in its noble lees for about 3 months and is bottled in March.
